Movement is a conversation with the nervous system
I have been practicing yoga for many years, and it was yoga that taught me to listen to the body – first my own, and then others’. Over the years on the mat, I discovered that conscious movement is not exercise, but a dialogue: between mind and body, between tension and release. The nervous system records everything – every stress, every unfinished experience, every tension that never found its release. My work with dogs grew out of this philosophy. Because the principle is the same – regardless of the species.
I know this because my female dog taught me.
When my female dog was diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disease, I heard the words no owner ever wants to hear. Instead of accepting the verdict, I turned to what I knew best – conscious movement, bodywork, and neurobiology. Systematically, step by step, I built new movement patterns with her, giving her nervous system the stimuli it needed to rebuild. The inspiration from yoga became a bridge between what I intuitively felt and what science confirmed.
The result? Passed ZKwP exams. Competition starts. A dog that was once told it would never return to full fitness – did.
That story changed everything. It changed me.
Today I do this for other dogs.
Neurobalans is a brand that grew out of that experience – and from a deep conviction that every dog deserves bodywork based on knowledge, not only good intentions. I offer Neuro Flow and Slow Flow sessions, as well as intimate 1:1 care through Neuro Stay – for dogs that need precision, calm, and true attention to their nervous system.
I don’t do “dog fitness for fun.” I do this because over the years – first on my own mat, and later beside my female dog – I saw what happens when the body receives exactly what it needs.
How I work
My approach to working
Every dog is different.
Every relationship is different.
That’s why I don’t work with fixed templates.
I create individualized training plans tailored to the dog’s temperament, history, physical and emotional condition, as well as the guardian’s capabilities.

I work in Kobyłka near Warsaw and across Warsaw and the surrounding areas.
If you would like to discuss your dog’s situation, I invite you to book a consultation.
It’s the first step toward a calmer and more conscious life together.
Knowledge Proven in Practice
My approach combines rigorous neurobiology with sensitivity to biomechanics. I don’t offer theory from textbooks – I offer methods that have passed the most difficult test: the fight to restore full mobility in a dog with neurological deficits. Working on rebuilding movement patterns and stimulating neuroplasticity allowed me to understand that what science sometimes calls “impossible” is often simply a matter of finding the right stimulus.
Today, I bring this precision and calm into training with sport dogs, senior dogs, and those that need support in returning to comfort and quality of life.
Why Neurobalans?
I work with the nervous system, not against it.
Instead of imposing ready-made training schemes on a dog, I analyze the sum of its tensions. Every session is designed with a specific dog in mind – its history, pace, and capacity for recovery. I believe that without understanding the “stress” stored in the body, no training can be fully effective.
The Precision of Yoga and the Clarity of Neurobiology
Years of practice on the mat taught me to notice micro-movements and blocks in the body that are invisible at first glance. Neurobiology, in turn, gives me the tools to turn these observations into real progress. This unique combination makes Neurobalans a deep form of work – not just superficial fitness.
Relationship Instead of Mass Service
Neurobalans is an intimate space. By choosing to work with me, you can be sure your dog is not just another entry in a schedule. I offer a limited number of places within Neuro Flow and Neuro Stay to give every dog 100% of my attention and create the conditions for genuine change.
